Бар Макларенс

Перша поява	Pilot

Бар Макларенс - ірландський бар, де тусуються Барні, Лілі, Робін, Маршал і Тед. Працівники бару, які часто з'являються в серіалі: Карл, Даґ, Офіціантка Венді та Каріна.

Історія[]

Квартира знаходиться в будівлі над баром, тому банді зручно туди ходити. І хоча вони сидять за різними столиками протягом серіалу, улюблений їхній столик той, який найближчий до барної стійки - біля протилежної стіни від входу.

У барі Макларенс є різноманітна кухня, алкогольні напої, коктейлі тощо.

Тед і Барні тимчасово були барменами в епізоді Three Days of Snow. Як виявилося, що вони давно хотіли мати власний бар. Коли Карл змушений був піти, Тед і Барні намагаються споїти двох студенток, щоб переспати з ними. Але їм це не вдалося, оскільки до бару потім прийшли всі учасники оркестру, де грали ці двоє дівчат.

В епізоді Шаблон:Tailgate перед Новим роком вхід у бар став платним. Тому вони запрошують усіх гостей до себе нагору. Вони створюють у квартирі свій власний бар під назвою Загадка.

В епізоді Шаблон:The Perfect Cocktail Карл виганяє банду з бару через бійку Барні та Маршала.

Бар Макларенс створено за мотивами чотирьох барів Нью-Йорка, де полюбляли сидіти Картер Бейс і Крейґ Томас.

В епізоді Moving Day Барні каже, що від Макларенсу до його квартири таксі їде рівно 23 хвилини. На його думку, це надто довго, якщо везеш до себе п'яну дівчину.
В епізоді Showdown майбутній Тед каже, що в меню бару було 11 видів смажених закусок. Лілі замовила їх усіх одразу, щоб наїстися і набрати ваги, оскільки її весільна сукня була завеликою для неї.

Бар названо на честь асистента Картера Бейса Карла Макларена. Також на його честь названо бармена Карла.
В епізоді Right Place, Right Time Маршал показує таблицю своїх улюблених барів. Там можна побачити і бар Макґіс.
The bar appears in the background of the set of Шаблон:W Season 5 Episode 3. (approximately 3 minutes and 43 seconds into the episode). It even includes the stairs leading up to The Apartment.
- The same "street" (on the Fox Studios Lot) contains the Royal Diner, a frequent setting on Bones.
The gangs booth is always seen and thought to be near the middle of the bar and can be entered from either side however this is a slight continuity error as in Slutty Pumpkin the booth is shown from a different angle and it is actually joined onto the back wall of the bar, although it has been seen in later episodes to be in the middle, with another row of booths on the wall behind the camera
Throughout the seventh season (and possibly later seasons), the No Boogieboarding sign has remained infront of the bar.
