Gazzola's is a pizza parlor located at 316 Kinzie Street, in Chicago, Illinois. According to the owner, they use cornmeal in their crust.
Ted and Marshall made many road trips in college to this parlor, where they ate nothing but beef jerky and drank nothing but Tantrum. According to Ted, Gazzola's is a "filthy Mecca of spectacular if under cooked pizza", and it was on these trips that he and Marshall truly became bros. (Duel Citizenship)

They visited Gazzola's one last time in Duel Citizenship, when they learned it was being closed (later revealed because of rats), after which they suffered digestion issues that were (judging by Marshall's screaming to have it cut out) nothing short of sheer torturous agony.
In The Poker Game, it is revealed that Gazzola's has reopened under new management. Marshall, traveling through Chicago on the way to Barney and Robin's Wedding, asks Daphne to stop there, but she refuses after discovering that Gazzola's originally closed because of rats. Ted then orders a pizza to be delivered to Marshall in the Monstrosity on the freeway as it passes through the city.
