The How I Met Your Mother Wiki is a site dedicated to the popular Television CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. It is a non-profit, community-run site, dependant on the contributions made by volunteers to stay active. Anyone can make contributions to the site, by adding new articles or editing existing articles.
To navigate around the site, use the navigation bar; it is located on the left-hand side of every page (including this one). To search for a particular article, type a query into the search bar and press Enter. This will return a list of related results. You can also look in the various pages/drop-down boxes in the navigation bar for some of the site's more popular articles. There's also a Random page button in the navigation bar that you can use, if you want to try your luck and see something different.
The How I Met Your Mother Wiki should always have How I Met Your Mother as its focus; For example, a page about the Empire State Building should place focus on how the Empire State Building has been visited or mentioned during the series, not on unrelated facts like the building's history or it's construction process. In addition, all articles should make reference to the series in some way; No articles should be created that are unrelated to How I Met Your Mother.
