Marshall decides to get his job at Nicholson, Hewitt, and West back and decides to go talk to one of the partners; Joe Hewitt, who discusses his first years as an attorney with Marshall, who discovers that his hair is infested with lice. Upon learning about the lice, he kicks Marshall out of his office and has everyone evacuate the building.
Two weeks later, he is arrested upon a visit from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
