Lily Aldrin has a condition of frequently urinating that sometimes brings trouble to her or any of the other gang member.

In Slutty Pumpkin, Barney overhears Lily peeing and comments that she has a "big tank for a small girl".
In The Pineapple Incident, Barney sleeps in the bathtub, and also comments that Lily has a "big tank."
In Zip, Zip, Zip, Lily and Marshall are trapped in the bathroom because Ted Mosby and Victoria are "doing it" in the living room. Lily has to pee and she doesn't want to do it in front of Marshall, which she eventually has to due to her drinking a Big Gulp of Mountain Dew earlier.
In Duel Citizenship, Lily joins Ted and Marshall on their trip to Gazzola's, during which she frequently takes a bathroom break, annoying Ted.
In Twin Beds, Marshall mentions that Lily has hourly pee breaks, and that he's surprised that they're not just steam.
In Last Words, Marshall, while grieving his father's death, says he needs to pee and Lily offers to do it for him. Halfway through the pee, she realizes it doesn't make any sense.
In Now We're Even, Lily is pregnant and has to pee even more frequently than usual.
