Lizbeth is a girl that Ted went on a single date with.
In Good Crazy, Barney encourages Ted to try online dating by setting him up with three specific women. Over the course of each date, Ted suddenly visualizes Robin sitting in front of him and is determined to get her out of his mind even if his dates found him weird.
Barney introduces, Lizbeth, who is nothing like Robin. She is a really dark, heavily tattooed emo girl who hates everything but lasagna. This makes Ted imagine Robin there, because she once made lasagna. "Robin" asks Ted why he's dating such an odd girl and that snaps him back into reality. The emo girl calls him a weirdo after he spaced out.
