Jesse and Sid introduce the gang to an old college ritual. They all spend the next 48 hours attempting to complete various tasks in order to achieve a group “rewardishment.”

Everyone in the gang is having a hard time getting things done. Jesse and Sid introduce them to their system. The system is called “Rewardishment”, where for every thing they accomplish they get a reward. However, if they don’t accomplish the goal by the set deadline then they get a punishment.
Sophie and Valentina try out rewardishment. They need to get their driver’s licenses. Valentina is nearsighted and needs glasses but she refuses to wear them. She needs to get contacts but can’t put them in her eyes. Her goal is to put in contacts.
Sophie sets out to learn how to drive. During her driving lesson, the instructor has a heart attack. Sophie has to rush him to the hospital but by doing so she fails her test.
Jesse’s goal is to learn how to do a hula hoop trick.
Ellen’s goal is to confront her rude coworker Rhonda. Ellen struggles with expressing herself especially when she’s mad, so she turns to Jesse for help. Jesse acts out a scenario with Ellen so she can practice talking to Rhonda. However, Rhonda’s pet snake escapes and bites Jesse. Ellen takes him to the hospital.
Charlie’s goal is to shave himself. However, when trying to, he cuts himself and has to go to the hospital with Sid. There, he shaves a man for surgery. This gives him the confidence to shave himself.
They go to the bar afterward. Charlie, knowing that Sid’s goal is to chug a beer, spikes his drink with chili. This makes Sid have to chug the beer when his mouth is on fire. He completes his goal. He tries to help Valentina but he accidentally gets the chili in her eye and she has to go to the hospital. Her eye gets better and she is finally able to put in contacts.
Sophie still hasn’t completed her goal. Jesse helps her learn how to drive. He admits he’s using dating apps again. They go to the bar where Jesse does his hula hoop trick, but ten minutes past the deadline.

- Rewardishment is a portmanteau of the words ""Reward" and "Punishment". It is done in a similar vain of connecting the words like Barney did in The Possimpible.
