The Mosby Boys were a detective agency consisting of Ted and his sister, Heather, back when they were kids. They solved a case of a missing retainer that was in the garbage together with a tamed neighbourhood squirrel named Squirrlock Holmes.
The Mosby Boys and Ted's "detective skills" are mentioned throughout the series in Dowisetrepla, Glitter, The Autumn of Break-Ups, Mom and Dad, and Daisy.
